Digital Products

We want to be sure that the products you purchase from us are the right ones for your family. We offer a 30-day, no questions asked refund policy for the digital version of the Family Emergency Binder and Home Maintenance Binder. 

All we ask is to take the time to open the Binder and review everything that is inside. I believe as soon as you see how comprehensive our Binders are, you’re going to understand their value.   You’re going to see important things you never thought to write down. How well organized all the information is to make it easy to navigate for your family members. And that will be worth far more than the price tag.

Physical Products

We gladly accept returns and cancellations for orders within 30 days of purchase.

• Cancellation is not possible once an order has shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Refund will be processed within 5 business days of the item being returned.
